The Lubrizol Corporation announced that it has purchased Dock Resins Corporation, Linden, NJ from Landec Corporation on Oct. 24, 2002.      Dock Resins develops, manufactures and sells proprietary polymers including acrylic, methacrylic, alkyd and polyester resins. Its products are used by customers throughout the U.S. in the paint and coatings, printing ink, laminating, adhesives and sealants, and grease markets. Dock Resins has 46 employees and annual sales of approximately $13 million.    ...
